A little about:
She has Zekrom's ability and attack, yes. It is said that she was used as a test subject by Team Plasma. The only explanation is that they mixed some of her DNA with Zekrom's. Its abilities did not state when she was an Eevee. People just realized she was different when she evolved, due to her irregular markings and fur color.
She cannot handle electricity very well. Her Fusion Bolt has a power of approximately 60 hit points [originally it has 100], and she cannot use any other attack besides discharging on her rivals. She can produce electricity on her own as she charges up to make her move faster.
Her rings light up when she has absorbed a notable quantity of electricity.

Personality:
Emerald can be careless and slow sometimes. She's an annoying perfectionist, and dislikes when things go wrong.
Her freedom-loving, independent characteristics make it almost impossible to work with her as a team.
This Umbreon is determined, and won't give up, no matter how bad the situation is even though she's extremely negative at times. Giving up is not her style, as she'll only quit a battle if she's knocked out.
Even though she dislikes to bond with people, she cares about her friends and tries to help them the best she can.
It may not look like it, but this gal is sensible. It's not hard to make her burst into tears.

Likes: Thunderstorms, FOOD, guns and that other violent shit, video games, warm places, cuddling, MUSIC, lolsex [She pretty much goes from "I want to cuddle" to "IWANNASTICKMYTONGUEDOWNYOURTHROAT"]

Dislikes: Vegetables, thigh clothing, boredom, overall stupid people THAT JUST DON'T GET THE POINT, being rushed, annoying things.

How is this even an umbreon? it doesn't even slightly resemble one. I't looks more like a Pachirisu on all fours.

Several animals have the same shape, but aren't the same species, using a similar example as I did for her; it is like you're saying that a tiger can be a lion because it has the same shape.
Not only that, it doesn't even have the same shape as an umbreon, the ears are the only thing thats the same shape, the rest is simply canine shaped.
It would be a bit more original and plausible if the entire idea of it being an umbreon was abandoned. If it wasn't supposed to be like one, why even say it is an Umbreon?
